1. Introduction

Title Platform Continuing Education ("Title Platform CE," "we," "us," or "our") is a continuing education service operated by Title Platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit ce.titleplatform.com (the "Site") and when you use the class sites, the consoles companies use to run their classes, the instructor portal, our waitlist and contact forms, and related communications (together, the "Services").

Title companies and other organizations ("Companies") offer classes through the Services. A Company also receives and uses information about the people who register for, attend, or teach its classes, as described in Section 6, and may have its own privacy policy for its classes.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

When you join a waitlist, register for a class, use an account, or contact us, we collect the information you submit, which may include:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your company or license type, where you provide it
• Your license number and the state you are licensed in
• A profile photo, and for instructors, a headline and bio
• Signatures, certificates, pictures, videos, and other content you upload
• Questions and messages you send during a class
• What you paid for and how much. Your card details go to our payment processor, not to us.
• Any message or details you choose to include

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we may automatically collect limited technical information, including:

• Device and browser type and version
• Pages viewed and general usage patterns
• IP address, access times, and referring URLs
• General geographic location derived from your IP address

When you use the Services, we also record:

• Each time you sign in and agree to our Terms of Service: the date and time, the version you agreed to, how you signed in, and your IP address and browser
• Your attendance in live classes, including when you join and leave, how long you are connected, your answers to attendance checks and how quickly you answer them, and your IP address
• How much of a recorded class you watch, and where you stopped

2.3 Information From Third Parties

We may receive information from the providers that help us operate the Site, such as our form and customer relationship provider and our analytics provider, in connection with the forms you submit and your use of the Site. We may also receive information from:

• Title Platform: when you sign in with your Title Platform account, Title Platform tells us who you are, including your name, your email address, and whether your account is active.
• Public license records: we check license numbers against public records published by state licensing authorities, such as the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation and the Florida Department of Financial Services.
• Companies: the Company whose class you take or teach may give us information about you, for example when it adds you to a class or sets up your account.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Add you to a waitlist and tell you when a seat or class opens
• Register you for classes, run live and recorded classes, and take payments for Companies
• Track attendance and viewing so the attendance rules for credit can be applied, and issue certificates
• Check license numbers, and prepare the reports Companies send to state licensing authorities
• Show an instructor's name, photo, headline, and bio with their classes
• Screen uploaded images and videos for content our Terms of Service do not allow, using automated tools including our QAI technology, and create captions for videos
• Keep a record of each agreement to our Terms of Service
• Respond to your questions and requests
• Send you updates and marketing communications where you have consented, which you may withdraw at any time
• Operate, maintain, and improve the Site
• Detect, prevent, and address security issues, fraud, or misuse
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working and, where you allow it, to understand how the Site is used. Analytics on the Site run only after you accept cookies through our consent banner. Forms embedded on the Site may also set cookies from the form provider in order to function.

The class sites, consoles, and instructor portal use cookies that keep you signed in and let a sign-in through Title Platform finish. They are needed for the Services to work.

Most browsers let you decline or delete cookies. If you disable cookies, some parts of the Site may not work as intended. You may change your cookie choice at any time by clearing the consent stored in your browser.

5. SMS and Marketing Messages

If you provide your phone number and opt in, we may send you SMS messages about the waitlist, class availability, and related updates. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for assistance. For details, see our SMS Terms and SMS Privacy Policy.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described here:

• Companies: the Company whose class you register for, attend, or teach receives your registration, attendance, viewing, completion, and certificate information, along with the information you give it.
• State licensing authorities: Companies and licensed education providers may report your completions to the state that licenses you.
• The public: an instructor's name, photo, headline, and bio are shown on class sites and in class emails.
• Service providers: vendors who help us operate the Site and the Services, such as hosting, payment processing, video conferencing and video hosting, email and text message delivery, automated content screening, form and customer relationship tools, and analytics. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Legal requirements: when required by law or to respond to valid legal process, protect our rights, or protect the safety of others.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, with notice as required by law.
• With your consent: when you ask us to share your information.

Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to maintain your waitlist entry, respond to your inquiries, and meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. We keep class registration, attendance, completion, and certificate records for at least five years, so they can be checked later, and we keep records of your agreements to our Terms of Service for as long as we may need to show them. When we no longer need your information, we securely delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to remove your information at any time using the contact details below, subject to the records we must keep.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion of your information, subject to legal exceptions
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, the right to delete, the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. 10. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for professionals and are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-Party Links

The Site and the Services may link to other websites and services, including Title Platform. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit.

12. About Continuing Education Credit

Information on the Site and in the Services about continuing education is general and provided for convenience. It is not legal, compliance, or licensing advice. Continuing education credit is governed by the rules of your state and is granted and reported by the licensed education provider that delivers a class. Your official state transcript remains the authoritative record of your hours. You are responsible for confirming your own requirements with your regulator or licensing authority.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date above. We encourage you to review it periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
